Kettlebell AMPD is a 30-minute class combining your favourite kettlebell moves with some banging beats, giving you a whole body workout! It’s the perfect class to sing the days stresses away! Kettlebell AMPD is suitable for all fitness levels, and is a great entry level class for those returning to or just starting exercise! Kettlebells are provided.
Bootcamp is a 60-minute, full body workout. Think circuit based intervals, a few games thrown in, and a pinch of team work for a perfect combination of fitness, fun and friendship! We use free weights, body weight exercises, slam balls, ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells & more to spice things up and keep it interesting! It’s the most popular class on our timetable! Lots of laughs and FUN are guaranteed. Perfect class to meet new people whilst torching your fat!! **Please note, this class is held at Bletchley Park Primary School in the Under Cover Area. Parking near the basketball courts**
Metafit is a 30-minute HIIT workout (high intensity interval training) which will set your metabolism on FIRE! Work hard for just 30 minutes and reap the benefits for up to 24 hours! #Winning! Perfect for the time-poor (let’s face it, that’s ALL of us these days right?!) It’s body-weight only and it’s suitable for ALL levels of fitness.
HIIT Boxing is a 30-minute high intensity boxing class using weighted gloves to give you a massive burnnn! The perfect class to punch the week’s worries away! We like to refer to it as “Couples Therapy!” Suitable for ALL levels of fitness. Hand wraps/inners are recommended. ALL pads and gloves are provided, but you can totally BYO.
FunFIT is a fitness class for kids aged 3-7 years. It’s all about teaching children the fundamentals of fitness in a fun, safe environment. These classes are perfect for increasing their confidence and our dedicated kids coach makes sure the kids have fun whilst moving their bodies! ETB makes fitness FUN for your little ones! Classes run every Tuesday 4:00-4:45pm, and payment is by the term.
MetaPWR is from the creators of MetaFIT! It is a circuit style class that combines kettlebells, power bags, slam balls, ropes, and bodyweight exercises to work those big muscle groups and boost your metabolism (say helloooo after-burn)! This class will turn you into a fat burning machine and is suitable for ALL levels of fitness.
