WHAT IS A KETTLEBELL?

A kettlebell is probably one of the best, most versatile and effective exercise equipment you can use. It is basically just a cast iron ball with a hoop-shaped handle attached on top — just like a kettle. Kettlebells differ from the usual dumbbells in that their weight is not distributed evenly when you hold one, thus creating the need to actively counterbalance and stabilize during your workout which actually helps develop core strength.

Exercising with kettlebells targets all of the major muscle groups as well as the stabilizing muscles delivering a full-body workout in a very efficient manner. Working out with a kettlebell also gets your heart pumping which means getting aerobic and metabolic benefits.
Kettlebells are great for women, no matter your body shape.  For overweight women, it helps melt fat by burning massive amounts of calories. Its portability means that you can take it and store it anywhere and inspire you to workout anytime. Best of all, the intensity and power involved when working out with kettlebells makes them a whole lot of fun and thus keeping you motivated.
